Having graduated with a degree in History from University of London, Sophie immediately kicked a curveball and opted to start her career in a high growth early stage Tech scaleup consultancy delivering market leading HR leadership development software to big corporates, with worldwide travel and nothing at all to do with global social & political reform! A side-step into Tech & Digital Agency recruitment followed 10 years in, and she’s been busy delivering on amazing hiring projects at the cutting edge of tech ever since.

Sophie has spent 6+ exciting years with JD&Co, partnering with inspiring and innovative technology & digital startups, scale ups & turnarounds to hire them amazing disruptive talent. Passionate about talent diversity, and a continuous learner, Sophie is proud to have worked closely with and placed senior leadership across Technology, Data, People, Finance and Operations functions.

When she’s not obsessing about speaking with top talent and delivering great shortlists, you’ll find her keeping the wheels on the track at home with a busy, happy family life punctuated with escapes to the gym, getting out and about in London or the beautiful English countryside, plus travelling further afield whenever possible!
