Simon Gottschalk

Simon started his career in leading creative and digital marketing agencies, working with clients such as eBay and onthebeach.co.uk; his move to Executive Search was fuelled by a passion for getting under the skin to understand what makes both people and businesses tick.

At JD&Co his marketing background has seen him leading the full spectrum of Growth and Marketing searches, as well as broader commercial and operational leadership roles, placing C-Suite leaders into a wide range of business sectors. Furthermore, his love of disruptive tech-fuelled ideas perfectly aligns JD&Co’s numerous ‘category king’ clients.

Married with two children, alongside his work, Simon loves skiing, being in the mountains, and music; he’s also embracing a newfound love for football and Manchester Utd (something that’s taken everyone, including himself, by surprise!).
