Our Founder & CEO, Jo Dalton has been advising the founders, funders and boards of some of the world's most inspiring high-growth, tech-led brands since the early 2000s.
It was Jo’s sheer frustration with the Executive Search industry – its widespread failings to truly care about clients and outdated methodology – that drove Jo to launch JD&Co in 2011.
